While the residential housing market in Shanghai continues to be red-hot and concerns over speculative buying and house “flipping” remain difficult to reign in, Hong Kong’s housing market has shown signs of a considerable slowing during the latter half of 2009, especially during the fourth quarter of last year. There is concern about a massive, Greater China housing bubble starting to form.
