The work that we do has clients in a variety of industrial and commercial site operations. From commercial real estate and office development, to shipyards, airports (including ground support), manufacturing facilities, steel mills, off-shore oil rigs, construction sites, railyards, and major civil engineering projects. We are even moving into site project management for high-end facilities construction build-out work, that further involves major design and support protocols.

Waymark’s commercial facilities development work involves such things as the design and installation compliance of heating, ventilation, & air conditioning systems (HVAC), customized electrical and lighting, plumbing and fixtures work. We also collaborate with interior designers and perform the project on-site renovations as well as new building contractor management work, to ensure that the highest quality levels of skilled trades and craftsmanship create a workplace environment which is world class. Our tasks can also include consultation on interior furnishings, their delivery, and installation.

Our industrial services business continues to grow, with the successful completion of a facilities audit-HVAC systems installation compliance project within Shanghai's Park Place, one of the newest 4-building highrise complexes on fashionable Nanjing Road -- the premier corporate and retail address in the city. This effort has as the end-use client, one of America's Big Four public accounting firms, expanding their China presence, thus requiring new and improved offices. All of which include multiple computer server rooms, along with employee workplace & breakroom enhancements, various sizes of impressive digital conference rooms, partner's private offices, and a multi-floor reception lobby area.
