Comprehensive Project Management

This course is designed to give the attending recipient improved know-how in supply-chain management, procurement of needed MRO components or on-site assistance, as well as the logistics to maintain cost effective operations that may in fact be spread around the globe in different locations. We examine planning for MRO requirements, project timelines & Gantt Charts, documentation & graphics requirements, work breakdown structures, database information gathering, and supplier partnerships & rating metrics.

The class further develops engineering cost analysis techniques and insight into project management constraints, definition, life cycles, project teams, Critical Path Methodology (CPM). We also explore this discipline in terms of a multi-location, multi-national project management context.
